And it works really good,I had to go to the orthopedic doctor last week and he was telling me to take Saran Wrap and wrap it around the joints that have arthritis in before I go to bed at night.
I did really notice a big difference in the morning.
It holds all the warmth in..........I love it.
    You all take care,

I will have to give that one a try. Since it came from a doctor's advice it must be legit.

Putting it on lose with maybe a towel around that pinned to hold it closed.
I've put it on my fingers and my knees,I also have it in my neck and the next time it acts up I will try it.
    Good luck!

Even better is to use one of the pain relieving creams before you wrap it. It absorbs much better.

I first used this many years ago when I had a skin rash that seemed difficult to treat. I used the prescribed cream and then used the Saran. It worked well!

Here's another cheap trick to help arthritis .....

    Castor Oil.

Rub castor oil into your skin where your arthritis is ... do this every morning and before going to bed. Give it time to show results, but it is supposed to help. I just read this in a doctor's column where he kept having his patients tell him how much this helps them. So he is now advising patients to try it.

Yes he is an awesome doctor, and what's really funny is his last name is the same as mine! And we're no relation.
He is the one that will operate on me next month so I'm not worried at all,he's a very down to earth doctor.
I hope the saran wrap work for you hon and write that note.
    Stay in touch!
    Hugs to you,

I would try caster oil for arthritis but I sure couldn't put it in my mouth!!!!!Yuck
I bet if you tried the caster oil then the saran wrap would work great together.
    Thank you for the tip.

    Mary
