The surgeon said you don't do that unless u know the real cause of the pain...

Anyway don't know what my neck pain was caused by it all started with headaches in jan 06 right before steroids started feeling little pain after steroid shot it got to be excruciating i did have a car accident 8 years ago...

They found two slight bulging discs and neck and after almost a year of misery and guesses finally got diagnosed with fibo.

A good bone & joint specialist can help you get those vertebrae pushed back in place. Bending & stretching exercises will help line things up again.

My C2 kept popping out for years. A chiropractor couldn't figure out why either. I went to a bone & joint specialist and he noticed that I had one leg shorter than the other. I now wear a 3/8" heel lift and no more problems. I was also taught how to feel a vertebrae out of place and bend my neck and twist it slowly for 5-12 minutes. Use a tennis ball for back problems and just lay on the carpeted floor. 5-12 minutes again. No longer or the muscles will cramp up. Go slow and easy.
