What variety of Buddhism do you favor? Tibetan Buddhism here.

    Just wondering.

Many hugs and blessings to you.

I draw from all traditions (except New Kadampa) and many lineages but there is little doubt that His Holiness has been my primary inspiration and Tibetan (Mahayana) Buddhism my primary path.

I practice Exoteric Mahayana (Middle Way) but perhaps I will one day find myself on the Esoteric (Tantric) path. That would be interesting!

Another aspect of the Tibetan tradition that I find fascinating is Crazy Wisdom. It's most well known practitioner was, of course, Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche who began Naropa University and Shambhala Warrior training which I hope to undertake when I find a way to move closer to the Shambhala centre.

I am also very fond of Zen koans and almost always carry a little book with me.

    Namaste,
    Rafiki
