    Hi All,

I have to write a research paper on a topic of my choosing for a university course I'm taking and I've decided to write on Fibromyalgia and how it is often mis-diagnosed or not taken too seriously.

If anyone would like to assist me I would greatly appreciate it. I won't mention names.

Essentially, I'm looking for info on:
How long you have had FM.

How long it took before it was accurately diagnosed, and whether the physician(s) you saw determined you had something else going on rather than FM.

Some indication of how much pain you experience daily - on a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being extreme pain.

How many hours you sleep at night.

Pain medication and whether it helps (i.e. whether it reduces your pain from a higher level to a lower level)

How FM has impacted your life.

Any other relevant info you feel may help me in my paper.

Thanks so much in advance for your time, I do appreciate it!

It's always nice to get some publicity. If you look at the top of the page, you will see a window that says "search messages". Try typing in "biographies" and I think that you will find more than your instructor can handle. Best of luck to you.
