I know i have seen this on the board who takes vitamin d? I think i saw where we should take vitamin d3. She also said to increase my calcium level to 1500 mgs.
Anyone have bad reactions to this and does vitamin d build up after you take it a while?

Vit D daily - 1000 iu and 120mg calcium - they are in same pill.

I dont know what iu equates to sorry.

I haven't had any bad reactions but, as with the other supplements I take, I cant say I notice much of a difference either.

However, there has been so much written lately about the benefits and necessity of vit D I will continue taking it.

For me the most important vits are COQ10, B vits and Vit D.

It is possible to overdo the Vit D, but the amount needed to do that is some insanely high amount...I don't remember exactly, but it is something like 40,000 IU a DAY for a long period of time. Many, many more people are too low on it than are too high...and the amount that some Drs are now recommending for PWCs is higher than the range that "normals" are supposed to have.
