I called and talked to the receptionist and she just told me the calcium supplements will not work unless i have enough vitamin D in my body. Since i do not want osteoporosis like my mom
I will take anything not to have that and my bones are small. Even though i dont look that small.
So you can look one way and be another kinda like fibro!
I have had four small fractures and did not even know it . Blame everything on fibromyalgia
I will say I am determined in 2009 to take care of myself better and go to Doc if you can afford it.
If I offended anyone saying get a grip I do apologize. I just love the board and what is has to offer.

Jamin - 1500 mg of calcium is the recommended amount for anyone over the age of 50. If you are taking it in supplements, just be sure to take divided doses of 500 mg three times per day.
