Hi Rich, I know I asked you before if any Dr.s on the East Coast were treating CFIDS using the Methylation Protocol. You told me Dr. Bock in Rhinebeck, NY was. That was a year or two or three ago I think. Do you know of any others who are now treating with it?

Also, if someone has Lyme and CFIDS, which do you suggest be treated first? Or should they be treated at the same time?

    Thanks for any help,

    Hi, elliespad.

Dr. Derek Enlander in New York City has developed his own protocol, which includes treatment of the methylation cycle. Dr. Alan Vinitsky in Maryland uses sublingual hydroxocobalamin together with sublingual folic acid to treat autism, and he may also be using it for ME/CFS. Dr. Richard Horowitz in New York state is aware of the methylation treatment, and I think a couple of his patients are on it. He primarily treats Lyme disease.

    I hope this helps.
