I am really interested in how the herpes family viruses affect our immune system, how they eradicated and how they interact with our body.

I read an interesting case study where a woman was treated for her non-hodgkinds lyphoma with Rituxin (a B lymphocyte killer) and her CFS went away! I personally know about Rituxin as a I have a good friend that has lymphoma and it has kept her lymphoma at bay for 9 years. She told me that her doctor decided to do radiation the last few times rather than Rituxin and she started getting very tired. Her Immonoglobulins went down to the point of qualifying for IVIG therapy!

So, I am wondering.....from this case study and my friends anecdotal evidence, would this be worth a try? I found the article of interest because of what my friend told me.

I wonder, would the person who wrote the case study (was it Dr. Lerner?) be interested in talking to my friend?

Anyone know what is going on with Rituxin?
