Rozerem is a sleep medication made by the Japanese company Takeda. It was approved for use in the U.S. less than a year ago.

It is supposed to "regulate the body's sleep-wake cycle"---sort of like Melatonin does, for those of you who know about these things. It is not a controlled substance (just a regular prescription medication) and is approved for use on a daily (rather than occasional) basis.

    Has anyone tried this?

Yes, & there are lots of comments on this medication. Do a search on titles & you'll find comments for the past 12 months or so.

I've taken it for past 13 months & it has been really terrific for me. Other meds did nothing & left me still awake at dawn. Taken with my Chinese herbal sleeping pills, Rozerem really answers my needs. I know it is not for everyone as some of my sleep doc's patients didn't have any relief.

That's why there are different meds for same problems.

    Hope you get some answers.

Thanks. I did do a search and found some mixed comments, and it's so new I thought I'd ask again. I'm glad that it's still working for you.
