Anyone know of a pain med that might help with FM that does NOT have Hydrocodone or Codeine in it?

I've been taking tramadol (Ultram) for about three weeks now. It does help with the FM pain, but only seems to last a couple of hours, so I have to take several during the day. I understand that although it works in the same way as a narcotic pain reliever, it is not a narcotic and does not contain hydrocodone or codeine. It makes the pain tolerable.
