I have heard a lot of good reports on theses tablets
can you tell me your experiences on them as I have them and
want to try them I would rather venture down the herbal side
    of tablets and treatment.

I've been taking sam-e for years. I started because of joint pain, which it took care of. Then, I noticed it helped with my mood, and every time I dropped it, my mood would head south. So, I keep taking it. Usually, the dose goes up in the winter (because of SAD), and down in the summer. Right now I'm just taking 200mg a day.

I see that others have problems with it. All I can say to that is I can tell a difference within just a few days of taking not enough, and can feel the benefit within a few days of upping my dose.

It looks like those who have a bad reaction to it can tell immediately that it's not good.

So, it seems that if you don't change anything else around the time you start it, you should be able to notice if it works for you. I've recommended to others thru the years to try it, and most of the time they tell me they couldn't tell a difference.

    Hope this helps. :)
