She says my enery rating is 0-10%. She got me a disabled parking pass and a wheelchair. I've spent all week trying to recover from the energy spent to go out and see her. I have to see her again so we can finish up the exam appointment.

What good is a wheelchair if I don't have the energy to sit up?

I think you're on the right Stormy and others have said, there is hope. Keep on searching for help and go to your next appointment. I pray that she'll be able to help you. Love, Terri

She mentioned that to me. As a rule she doesn't do them... but I am so sick.

The wheelchair is so that I don't have to walk a few feet from the van down the hall to her office. I'm not supposed to do that anymore, walking. And she's right, I just can't. I used to be a hiker.

I know what you mean. I have a wheelchair but when I would need it, I hurt too much and I'm too weak to use it. I find that the bumping along of the wheelchair just causes me more pain and when I'm at that stage I'm usually in bed.

However it can come be useful. When I have to do something that would cause a lot of walking that would result in a flare the next day, then the wheelchair is really useful, conserves energy.
