Hi all. Like many fm/cfs sufferers, I have several autoimmune and inflamatory problems. My latest MRI report stated I had sclerosis of the sacroilliac. Does anyone know anything about this problem? What causes it? Could it be the source of most of my lower back pain? I wondered if most people get this eventually, and I just have it early (45 years old), or if it's something that's unusual? And most importantly, is there something that can be done about it? Thanks for any info you can share. Mary.
