    Hi Anyone :) :)

Are we REALLY getting tired of hearing again about Sea Salt??? (Yes - I'm sure) BUT, I would prefer not to have to talk to my doctor about whether I should get Redmond's Sea Salt with or without the iodine.

AS mentioned I am hypothyroid. (Appears I'm also a little hypo about this subject) Anyway, my thyroid was removed about 5-6 years ago. I currently take .075 mg of Synthroid. I have been on the same dosage for probably 20-25 years. Just had my liver function blood test and apparently it was ok because Doc did not change meds.

Can anyone relate to this question? Thanks in advance, even if no one answers - have a healthy day!! :)

Just bumped the post up for you, heres the name; 'Salt is vital, Every-one-you just gotta Read all this Article' Posted by; PatPalmer.

The only thing I can think of for you is to call your druggest and ask him how much iodine you need to have per day along with your meds.

I do not know anything about thyroid meds, so can't advise you.
Sure hope you get it all straight.

    Shalom, Shirl
