Hi all. I'm currently taking an herbal remedy for sleep called "Herbal Sleep Well", and it was working fine until I added Selenium to my nutritional regime, per Dr. Cheney. I've tried it twice now, to ensure that this particular item was the problem. It gives me nightmares and a really bad sleep. Has anyone else experienced this, or can someone please explain? The ingredients of Herbal Sleep Well are: valerian root - 400 mg passion flowers - 400 mg hops/houblon - 200 mg lemon balm herb - 10 mg linden flowers - 10 mg I appreciate any help! Bliss on!
