I am curious to know how many have severe allergies?

I always notice that when my allergies flare, my exhaustion is worse.

My theory is that it is that allergies are hard on the adrenal gland???

When our immune systems are called on to fight allergens or infections, it makes us very tired.

My allergies have not bothered me down here til the Red Tide outbreak. Shortly after that, I had mold growing under the kitchen sink due to a leak, and now, the Red Tide is back and the mold and pollen counts are high here.

I am exhausted. I've also had to have a root canal and was back on the ABX for the infections.

Watch out while you are down with the allergies as it may make you more vulnerable to toxins and infections.

    Love, Mikie

I have a terrible mold allergy. It not only gets into my sinuses and lungs, but makes me yeasty as well. Delightful, huh?

So, what did we do? We moved onto the campus of the oldest all-girls school in the US. My husband is the computer guy here. Our building was built in 1760!!! You can imagine the mold logistics here. It's very charming (and free!) but geesh.

Needless to say, anti-histamines and Yeast Fighters are my allies.
