The CFS virus seems to cause me to always shake and feel tremors ...does any supplement help for that?

    Merry Christmas!

Your two posts lead me to believe you may have low blood
sugar, called hypoglycemia. You must eat well with these
illnesses because we use up our energy so quickly.

Try eating every 2 hours for a day or so and see if you feel
better. Good solid protein, especially, ok?

Let us know if you feel better...

Sorry that you are having these difficulties. As the previous poster mentioned the symptoms you are describing are somewhat worrisome. There are many things that can cause the cramping/shaking such as an electrolyte imbalance/ side effect of medications, etc. It could be nothing.

I was on a medication that made my sodium/chloride level drop. Once I was off the medication and put on another one that does the same thing, my sodium and chloride levels have been normal.

I am not a doctor but it sounds like it would not be a bad idea to get this checked. Even if you can't see your doctor soon, maybe he/she could order some blood tests and let you know when the results are in.

Again, it may be nothing but better to err on the safe side.

Take care and let us know how you are doing.
