Based on another thread by Tandy regarding Shepherds Pie, I thought it might be handy to get some of us to share some easy recipes. I know how hard it is to find the energy to cook every night so I try to cook easy recipes most of the time but unfortunately I don't have many.
Here's a couple I cook that are easy to make and delicious.

    Chicken/turkey pot pie

    premade pie crusts
    cooked chicken or turkey
1 can of cream of chicken or cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
    1/2 cup milk
cooked cubed potatoes (boil 1 inch cubed potatoes)
can or frozen vegetables (corn. peas, carrots, greenbeans)
I also add in some curry powder

mix together put into pie crust and cook until golden brown

    Teriaki Chicken bowls

Make rice (any kind, instant, long grain, Jasmine)
    in skillet-
cook chicken and onions in olive oil
when almost done, add small amount of soy sauce, continue cooking
when done put into bowl with rice and add bottled teriaki sauce

Hope to get some recipes from others.

    peel and chop Sweet potatoes/yams

butter cassarole dish and add potatoes/yams

add brown sugar till you feel you may have over done it:) can't go wrong here.

add some cinnamin if you want.

Bake in oven at 350 for a hour or so. check to see how soft they are and 10 minutes before you pull them out add some marshmellows... I prefer the small ones.

I brought these to our company BBQ and it was a hit!

I sorta think the number of replies to this post must be out of whack, yes?

    Love the sweet potato recipe!
