Shirl's post on Peroxide/Epsom Salts/ they work for me

    I do not understand it, but the baths using 32 ox of peroxide and 2 cups of epsom salts in a hot bath have been a tremendious help to me. I usually take about 30 minutes and maybe reheat the water some. Although hot baths have always been something I did, this formula relieves more pain.

    Just want to pass on a good thing. It was Shalom Shirl's post that I found this.

    but I did NOT like it and I wouldn't use the peroxide again. For a couple days after my skin felt really wierd and itchy. Epsom salts always make me feel better (from the Magnesium ??)

    I agree...I found the hot baths with epsom salts&peroxide
    are very relaxing! Feels good on my muscle aches too!

    Glad you got some relief! Its the best quick fix I have found yet.

    But do not stay in the water longer that 20 minutes, it makes you too weak, you could lose your balance when you get out of the hot water.
