What supplement do you find useful for
short term memory?
Mine is getting steadily worse...even having to think how to spell words and even when they are right think I have spelt them wrong...I hate being forgetful, I was always proud of my memory.
With kids and helping them to concentrate they say for them to take omega 3 olis that helps concentration, think tho maybe longer term may need cognitive therapy???
I have been using provigil for short term memory. I guess it was originally use was for Alzheimer's patients but I think there are time that I could qualify. It seems to be doing very well.
** hello.....My doctor told me its all apart of this
crappy illness. He is a professor in neurosciences and director for the chronic fatigue/fm center in NJ.
So, its part of the package we have....
I dont like it either.
hope this helps
but I do not know if it works for short term memory.
I have often read that when we get older, our brains are not as sharp as they used to be.
Try some brain teasers. Like crossword puzzles, find a word books, stuff like that.
This will re-stimulate your brain.
Again, this is what I have heard.
Sometimes also, I think it can be the meds we are taking too.
I have short term memory loss also.
Hope this helps!
Love and prayers,
I have been taking adderal xr for my mental fatigue and
short term memory. If I did not take it, I could not
work. I still work 40 hours a week. My personal life
suffers due to working. Just simple chores can't get done.
I also take vitamin B complex everyday. I found a new
vitamin B complex that is time released so you get some
in the morning and again in the afternoon. I plan on getting this when my regular ones run out.
I hope this information is helpful to you. Best of luck to you!!
