    Magnesium can be ingested as a nutritional supplement, but studies show that a wide variety of factors - the presence of specific foods or drugs, certain medical conditions, even the individual chemistry of a person's stomach acid - can interfere with their effectiveness.     They are a wonderful way to end the day. They help a great deal with muscle pain. Also, if added to water for plants, they give them a big boost.

    Almost forgot, I'm detoxing right now and I'll be soaking my smelly sweat-drenched bod later on. Epsom Salt soaks are great when Herxing/detoxing/purging.
