Simple remedy for POTS? (and sleep)

    Hi Julie - I have been trying 2 pillows and make it about 4 hours but then it hurts my neck too and have to go back to one. I'm thinking of getting a foam wedge, I think would be easier than 2 pillows. The only drawback I see to tilting the whole body is that the feet will be lowered and I don't think that's great. I think the article stated the best position would be sort of like a recliner, with the head elevated and the feet a bit elevated too - a little complicated to achieve! Let us know if you try raising the bed -

    Ian - I looked up your link. That's very interesting, sounds like it's definitely worth a try and most likely would be more comfortable than the two pillows I'm struggling with!
