Would you feel safe in this clinic or would you seek another?

And yes, the employer knows about it. (it's a private clinic in Portland,OR)

Does anyone who participates, ever really sleep? Seems to me with the constant poking and prodding,it would be impossible. Add to that, speaking personally,I am so weird about my sleep schedule,I know for a fact I wouldn't sleep a wink duing one of those so called studies!~~Jeanne..p.s. No,I wouldn't be comfortable with anyone with the issues you mentioned.

It's hard enough trying to fall asleep at home, but falling asleep in a strange place
knowing that I'm being watched and that I might be visited in my room while I'm asleep by a sex addict or pervert or possible molester or whatever???
I think I'll pass on that if you don't mind.
Why do you ask Jovan? Is this a real situation?

He was a former work associate, I wasn't comfortable working with him. (a so-called "Christian" and a very creepy person)
Our computers were across the room but I could see the reflection of his monitor in the window, he was even taking cellphone pics of some website pictures. Weird.
Being that his behaviour was so volatile, I didn't want to confront him directly.
So I asked a computer savvy manager to check his computer history to verify things before I made a formal complaint.
    There it was.
He got to keep the job on the basis he went to SA classes.

I'm no longer there, so I'm now free to discuss this without worrying about losing my job.
    Still bothers me.

Don't know if this guy really has a porn addiction or was just foolishly caught up in searching porn sites and taking pics on company computer during work. The fact that the clinic has knowledge of this and his mandatory SA attendance makes it clearly their responsibility to keep him away from sleep patients.
Not too sure it was a wise decision to keep him employed at a sleep clinic.
At least it's on record, thanks to you.
You definitely did the right thing.
