I went for my follow up visit on my sleep study today.
I have very mild sleep apnea. But the doctor said I
have PLMS(Perodic Limb Movement Syndrome). He put me on
1 mg of Klonopin at bedtime. In 5 hours sleep i kicked 150 times. I had 26 brain wave responses. I'm saying no wonder I'm so tired all the time. But he did remind me that FM patients can still have fatigue without a sleep disorder.
But hopefully the Klonopin will help when we get it regulated. Anyone out there afraid to get their sleep study,
don't be. If I can do it I know you guys can too. It went really well and I slept pretty good I thought. I just still wish I could get my SSD started. 2 and a half years and holding.

Wow, 2 1/2 yrs - so long, I hope something good happens for you soon. Are you using an attorney?

Once I go to sleep I stay asleep - my problem is getting to sleep in the first place. It hurts so much to lay down I just stay up until I'm really tired.

Hope the Klonopin gives you the rest you need.

    Take care.
