I was wondering if anyone else have these same problems. My boyfriend would sleep for over 11 hours, if not more, but yet don't feel refreshed. Then there are other times where he would wake up every few hours and then go back to sleep. Then there are times where he would be wide awake, even though his body is tired. What should he do that will help him? He did have a talk with his Dr. but he was no help. His Dr. basically repeats the same things that we already know like cut down on stress and eat a healthy diet. He won't prescribe him anything to help him. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
