So cold it's painful, yet...

sometimes I'm the only one feeling the cold. My hands and arms get bitterly cold. They can also get burning hot. If I touch others they sometimes feel I'm cold and sometimes not, even though the cold is unbearable. I 'm also losing sensations in my hands - like a certain level of numbness is going on. The coldness goes up beyond my elbows. My feet and legs are also involved but I have even less sensation there.

Anyone else experience this? I wear leather gloves most of the time. My hands are white when cold and red when hot - like a giant case of Raynaud's which I also have. Thank goodness no painful purple! What do you do for this?
