Some relief for the "itchies"

    With regards to the many posts froom those of us who itch a lot, especially at night, this is what I've done:

    I bathed with Aveeno Stress Relief Body Wash with oatmeal, lavender, chamomile and Ylang-Ylang.

    Then I used Nature's Gate Organics, Lavender and Aloe body lotion.

    For talc I used the medicated body powder from the drug store (without corn starch).

    I feel a lot better. Even most of the "heat" I was experiencing is relieved. At lest I'm not scratching myself raw.
