I bought some polyester long-johns from Wal-Mart, they were cheap, around $6.00. I have been wearing them under my jeans and it has really helped with my leg pain and RLS.

Even though I live in CA I guess my legs were getting colder than I realized because this simple thing has really helped me. I'm headed back to get more, hope this works for some of you that are suffering.

    ((hugs))

    for sharing.

I'll give it a try myself.........I live in LA (Louisiana).
My legs hurt quite a bit, too.

    Hugs back to ya!

nobody would believe me, but wearing runner's "tights", the really snug spandex ones, really does relieve my leg pain!

It get's really cold up here in Canada during the winter, but I find the spandex tights work even better than long johns, both for warmth, and for relieving the RLS and pain.

Try a local running or sports store....they usually carry them.

I wanted to laugh because I have doing the same thing for years. I was just ashamed to mention it to anyone.

It is so comfortable and my legs feel so cushy and soft.
And you are right; they are not expensive at all.
