Spirulina Anyone?

    Anyone take spirulina? I have been taking it 3 times a day (2 or 3 500 mg), and it really helps my focus and also my fatigue. Another added benefit is that it curbs my sweet cravings.

    And it helped me for a while, but eventually, the benefits went away.

    I took Spirulina for a few years. It seemed to helped my energy a bit, and to help my stomach a lot. Then it just stopped working. I'm glad it is helping you.
