I applied for CFS disability in June of this year and just got a letter from SS that says I am medically accepted for disability; but non medical must be checked. What does this mean?

It seems kind of odd that I qualify but may not; can anyone explain this. Thanks for any help

I can't be sure, but I think it means to financially qualify. You can't be making money, have had to pay in enough money for ssdi, or that you are below income guidlines for SSI.

    Best of luck!
