I've been reading ,and planning for the past few months. 2 months ago I started taking supplements to raise gluthione levels,whey,NAC,ALA,selenium,l-glutamine.

Then I started colostrum and OLE. Herxed quite abit with that combo.Today I took my first TF100. I went cheap. I've never been tested, but I know i had mono,I think that was my trigger. So I went with the one for EBV and CMV.

I took it this am. I felt very sleepy today,I mean can't keep eyes open sleepy. But I thought ,not bad, I can handle this. This pm I feel like a truck hit me. My tissues ache, pelvic area and sacral area very painful.

I'm going to take it at night for awhile, maybe I can sleep through the worst of it.

Does this sound normal, anything like what all of have went through? New to this and could use some reassurement.

On a positive note, my son,12 years old, who has CFS and FM symptoms, I bought Super Multiple for him, and had him take colostrim and OLE also. Lately he's been feeling better, and is even preparing for cross crountry season, running a mile every day! I'm scared to hope.

    Thanks everyone for listening, Lori.

Lori, I answered you under the other post here. I do not think it necessary to continue the colostrum once one is on the TF. It wouldn't hurt, but it may not be necessary because the TF uses colostrum in the formula. I have stopped the colostrum while I'm on the TF.

I am taking the TF C and the TF 200 because I strongly suspect HHV-6 and EBV. I've only been on the TF for about a month, but it is definitely potent stuff. I can't even take a whole capsule yet. I am on my second Herx today since beginning the TF. Before the Herxes even hit, I had a sore throat, low-grade temperature, and swollen lymph nodes. This Herx has lasted two days which is unusual or me. I usually only Herx about a day.

Please go slowly and keep us updated about your progress. Good luck.

    Love, Mikie

I think I went too fast. I took my first one yesterday am, then decided I wanted to take it at night, I took one last night, because i wanted to keep on schedule.
today has been bad, and keeps getting worse. When I herx, sometimes I herx for a week or so. I may skip tonights dose. I was impatient and now I'm payinf for it. Love Lori.

I had to stop and start all over again. It's unbelieveable how potent this stuff is.

I think what we experience in the beginning is just the immune system's reaction to exposure to the pathogens. It causes inflammation which is what makes us feel so bad. Eventually, the immune system will go on a killing spree and that's when the foul sweating and diarrhea come in. I'm on my second day of that. I usually only Herx for about a day.

Overall, though, I am feeling better since I started the TF. It just takes time and patience. Again, good luck to you.

There is no need for an Rx. TF's are sold in the store here and there are others sold online too.

I have discussed this with my specialist and we both agree that if the TF's work, it will be a huge boost to my own immune system and perhaps I can get off antiviral meds.

My only advice to anyone taking the TF's is to go sloooooowly. I'm not usually sensitive to things, but I had a big immune response to the TF's. I felt as though I had the flu, my lymph nodes swelled, I bloated up, and I had a headache. After almost a month of slowly increasing my TF's, I started to feel better and started Herxing, so I know my immune system was killing off something in my body.
