    Hi there all.
Amazing thing, I still have been in this "remission," so to speak, about 2-3 weeks later. (ie not waking up every day with cement limbs, feeling like I have the flu, tredging to work only desperately looking forward to the moment I get to crawl into bed again). Something finally worked(at least for now!). I CAN'T believe it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not sure which, or if it was the combination, but I have been taking some supplements/prescriptions that have made an unbelievable difference.
Not that one formula works for all, but for those who are interested here it is-
    Ginko Biloba
    Malic Acid
    Magnesium
    Evening primrose
    Pantothenic Acid
    Ginger
    Vitamin E
And Co Q10 during the day
Ambien and effexor 37.5 at bedtime.
Anyone else have luck with any of these? Just curious.

So glad to hear you're better. I think you picked a lot of supplements to take that were most likely to help. For some people, they can really make a difference. I've just started several of those for my CFS. Keeping my fingers crossed.

    Best wishes, Sandy
