First off, I would like to thank Stormskye for telling us about Dr. John Grey's Shake.

I have been taking it for the past two weeks.

I can hardly believe the results!! My pain level is way down and I can exerise again.

Most remarkable is my energy level.

I feel like the energizer bunny, just keep going and going.

Also, in the past I had to push myself to do the things I like to do, eg. meet with friends etc.

I often said "no" because, my get up and go had got up and went.

Anyway I can'nt wait to get going and can initiate invitations again.

Stormsky I can'nt thank you enough!!!

I made an another change as an experiment: I stopped taking Losec, an anti chloresterol drug.

In the past I had to stop Lipitor because it caused +++ pain.

Dr.said "Losec was not a statin drug so would be OK".

But as my pain level rose, I started to wonder.

I will try it again later to see if my pain increases.

    Thank you again from Denamay

    Yes, sleeping better.

Going to sleep earlier and waking earlier.

Makes for a more productive day.

Also I haven't taken any pain med for a while.

I do still have some pain, but nothing like before.

Stormsky, what will you have for lunch and dinner?
    Love Denamay

I love that shake, too. I haven't noticed any lessening of remaining symptoms, but I'm doing pretty good anyways, except for staying motivated to eat better.

When I at least start the day with something healthy, like the shake, it gives me more motivation to eat better the rest of the day.

I use more mollasses. I love that stuff. Must be something wrong with me.

And I do notice I'm less apt to eat sugary things when using that shake in the mornings.

Actually, since starting that shake I've actually been able to avoid candy, chocolate, and pastries. I'm still "thinking" about them, but haven't eaten any since starting that shake.
