I'm thinking about buying a bread maker to make my own organic bread, it's very expensiver here in UK.

    Anyone have one, use it?

    Thanks

dont know why I thought you had a breadmaker Storm.

I know sounds wonderful, smell of freshly baked bread waking you up, I'm just wondering how hard it is to make it.

and nothing could be easier. Depending on the type you buy, you either add all of the dry (or wet) ingredients first, then hit a button and that's it. It takes only 2 hours or so from start to finish. The only thing is that I keep my bread in the fridge because it spoils faster. Good luck!

We use ours all the time, especially for mixing and kneading dough. I don't always bake the bread in it because I like to make rolls, pizza dough, etc, but the dough setting gets it through the first rising and all I have to do is shape it...no more sore hands!

I also have a West Bend that does up to 1 1/2 pound horizontal loaves. I bought Oster breadmakers at Christmas for each of my daughters which are very similar in features and price ($49 US dollars).
