Stormy, another shake question

    Hi Stormy,

    I am starting water exercise tomorrow morning. The class is at 6:20 AM. I will have to leave the house by six and wondered if I could make my shake the night before to save time in the morning.

    I won't want to drink it until after the class. The smell of chlorine has made me hungry ever since I was on swim team as a kid!

    I thought about maybe freezing it over night then letting it sit in the car while I'm at the pool, but I don't think it unfreeze soon enough for me to drink it!

    Thanks, Stormy!

    I usually put a half cup or so of mixed berries in it and actually I don't care what it looks like! Especially in the insulated cup, I can't see it in there!
