Hi, Stormy. A question for you. How can I take therapeutic amounts of herbals other than in capsules? Herbs taken in capsules disrupt my digestive system, usually resulting in flatulence and sometimes stomach pain. I'd like to be able to use anti-inflammatory formulas, but concentrated ginger just wrecks my digestive system. I can EAT ginger, just not take it in capsule or pill form. Ginger is in all the anti-inflammatory formulas I've looked at. I'd also like to be able to take turmeric, recommended by my chiropractor, but again, have the same problem with it. Is there enough therapeutic benefit in teas? Or in adding herbs to food? I seem to have a very sensitive digestive system, especially lately. Thank you! Peace, Beth.
