Question on "The Shake".... I went and bought some flax seed from walmart, and then bought some creamy whey protein powder from a health store near by. Blended 0ne table spoon of each with an apple and some honey. Is honey as good as molasses? I also need to buy some almonds tomorrow.. How many times a day do you drink this and how long does it take(in days or months), before you start feeling any results? Am I leaving out anything?
