    Hey Stormy. How are you today??

    I want to ask you.. I see there is Threelac on ebay for $49.95. And the shipping is like $4.00. Do I dare order it from there? Do you think it matters??

    I went to the Dr. yesterday and was really supprised. I talk to about the whole yeast thing and was telling her the things I was going to try and she was really good about it all.

    She usually seems to like to just push the meds. But she said I am all for supplements. And the probiotic was something she thought that I should definitly try. She has other patients that are taking them and have really good luck with them.

    I told her about your shake.:) She said it is all stuff that is good for you and she thought I should try it. I just thought it was funny. She said that what ever might make me feel better that is good for you is worth a try.

    It made me feel good because I thought she was just all about the meds. Which alot of Dr. are. So I was glad that I talked to her about it all. So I guess my Dr. visit actually went pretty well.

    She did perscribe me the difulcan bucause my butt is sooo bad. She wants me to take just the one pill and then start the probiotics as soon as I can.

    I have been doing really good at what I have been eating. Mostly.. Fruit, raw veggies and salads. I did have some griled chicken and see to do fine with that. It's been almost a week now and I think today I can tell a difference. The last 2 nights I have slept really good. I did eat some of the plain yogurt. Not much. I put some cinnamon in it and gulped down. I can't eat a lot of it at once.

    Can I still drink my Cherry Juice and take the threelac and the shake?? Or will I not need it? I think it really helps me sleep.

    So let me know what you think of the threelac on ebay.

    I was going to suggest just taking a bit at a time. Taking a probiotic is a more concentrated form of bacteria, but there are different benefits to getting it in a natural, whole food state. Cinnamon is a good idea, nutmeg, ginger, whatever floats your boat, those spices are all good for the gut too. And if you only get it into you a tbsp or so at a time, it's still beneficial.

    You may want to change the yogurt you are eating. I enjoy some brands of plain yogurt, and can barely gag down others. I don't know if you get Astro where you live, they are good and rich. Yogurts are more bitter the less fat in it, don't be afraid of the fat content, they taste much creamier. I favour balkan style which is 6% fat, or at least 3.5 for the whole milk variety.

    There is a brand of organic yogurt I love plain, it may be Liberty, but don't quote me yet. I'll keep my eyes peeled for it.

    Sounds like you are making some great diet changes, phasing them in slower is a very good idea.

    Btw, if you have pets, plain yogurt is very good for their digestion too. I've healed some very sick kitties taht the vet meds weren't working on, by giving them a dab of yogurt, they love it. And yes, cats esp. are lactose intolerant and can't have milk, but the fermentation of yogurt converts lactose. My persian has a more sensitive gut than me, so I give him a quarter tsp. half the week. keeps him more balanced, and keeps his outbreaks of ringworm way down.

    Thanks for responding. I was thinking what you were thinking on the threelac. But I thought I would just ask you and see what you thought. I'm hoping to place that order tomorrow.

    I have been watching what I eat now for about a week. I am really feeling much better all ready. I have been sticking to the raw thing. But I still don't feel to full. But I don't feel so nauseated all the time either. I always had that feeling like I could throw up.

    I wanted a snack tonight and I popped some plain popcorn in some olive oil on the stove. It filled me up fast. And it didn't feel to good after I ate it. So I think I will hold off on that for a while.

    I found at one of my grocery stores today some flax. And they have some organic things. I also got some flax cereal. I can't wait to try it. I hope I like it. I am stopping tomorrow to get the whey powder. So I should have everything to start the shake. I just need to find the aloe juice. Then is it just regular lemon juice or do you fresh squeeze it?

    I am really excited to start the shake. I think it will make a big difference.

    It's funny, I use to get sick all the time if I didn't eat. Now that I have changed my diet I don't really feel like that. I know I have a little more energy. And my mouth doesn't feel so gross all the time.

    I was wondering what you thought of something else that has crossed my mind.... My son has a lot of problems at school. It seems he has a hard time focasing and he just doesn't seem to remember anything. He has for the last few years had to do breathing treatment for being sick all the time.

    Anyways.. I have read stuff with that threelac that the candida can cause a lot of memory problems... And I read somewhere that the steriods(whick he had in breathing treatments alot) can cause the yeast thing. I always had him rinse his mouth so we never had a problem there, but what about the rest of his body. And every winter for the last few years he has taken lots of antibiotics.

    He always has bad breath.. And he has terrible BO. He is only 9 years old and I have to wear deoderant on him everyday. Oh and he sweats like CRAZY. I know these are signs of it. What do you think.. Do you think it could cause some of his mind to not work right.

    I think it has mine! I can't remember things. I am just trying to figure out what his problem is. My Dr. has gave me papers to fill out that pertain to ADD. I am nervous about all that.

    I really appreciate you always taking the time to read my post. I think you have helped me so much already. And I thank you for that. Nice having people like you to talk to!!

    You are making some good changes! Good for you!

    I've been doing the aloe and lemon thing for about two months. I think it helps my digestion and gut health. I look forward to it. I like the taste! I drink it every morning. Lots of times I drink it while I am making the shake. You'll like the shake.

    I use Minute Maid lemon juice. It is 100% pure lemon juice, no added preservatives or additives. It is found in the frozen juice section of your regular grocery store. It is a bottle, but is packaged in a box. Bottle in a box. So look for a box. I think fresh would be awesome, but I like the convenience of bottled. One bottle lasts me about a month and you just keep it in the refrigerator.

    I just fill a 4 oz. glass with good filtered water, and add 1 T. aloe vera juice and 1 T. lemon juice. I figure that is no different than slamming down the pure stuff and then chasing it with water.

    The last couple of days I have gotten up just feeling so hyper. I don't know what is going on. I feel like I drank a bunch of coffee. Shake like crazy. Then about noon I kinda crash. Yesterday I got really sick. Today wasn't quite as bad.

    I ate some of that flax cereal that I had gotten the last two days. I doubt that would do it. I didn't eat that much of it. What I did was mix it in with my regular cereal that I eat everyday. Does it do anything if you eat to much flax?

    I think it so weird. I have really changed my diet lately. I haven't had any sweets for a week now. Mainly salad and fruit. I have one meal a day. Like if I eat lunch then I just have a salad for dinner. Or the other way around. But lunch now is a sandwich and raw veggies and water. Then a little later I'll have an apple or banana. Instead of a sandwich, chips, pop, and lots of dessert.:0

    Do you think that my body is just adjusting? I actually am feeling alot better already. And I feel really good in the mornings lately. Maybe each day it will last a little longer.

    I got all the stuff to make the shake. Now I just need to find time to make it. Once I make it then I will know...It won't be to bad.

    I am sure you are right.. I do snack alot. Now today it seems like I ate nonstop. I had that cereal, cashews, apple, sandwich, a salad with chicken in it.

    I do get the whole weak and shakey feeling all the time. I just never had the whole hyper thing.

    I will keep up with the diet and just eat a lot more often I guess. I know I just never feel full on the stuff I have been eating. I think it was the sugar and chips that always filled me up

    Although, I still am have the whole bloated stomach by the end of the day. It's not bad when I get up. I have been eating alot of cashews.. maybe that is what it is from.

    I have ate more fruit and veggies in the last week since I don't know when.

    I wanted to tell you..YOu know you said to use the yogurt as a dressing or something like that. Well I made up this sandwich for lunch today... It was some ham and cheese, cucumber, gn pepper, spinach and that yogurt. It was soooo good. I was shocked. That is what I am going to use in place of my mayo from now on.

    I was wondering about the bread.. Although it does help to fill me up(probably cuz of the yeast right).Probably where my bloating is coming from. What about the cheese... Is that not good either?

    I will get some pita. That sounds good. You can just get those at the store or does it have to be a certain one. What about like soft tortilla shells??

    WHat would happen if I had a gluten problem?

    I am just starving alll the time. Now it is PMS week and all I want is my big bowl of ice cream with oreo cookies in it!!

    My Mom owns a store here in our town. She has a little bit of everything. She has an old fashion candy counter. Well I have had to work there for the last 2 days and just being there and smelling allll the chocolate was sooo hard. Please be pround of me..I never had one bite in the 2 days I was there. I wanted some so bad. I'm sure part of the PMS thing.

    I don't know what the heck to eat and I am so hungry. I already had the salad.. veggies.. nuts.. banana(then felt bloated after the banana). Then tonight I had a regular dinner. Meat and other stuff. But I am still hungry. I am going to go have an apple and see if that helps.

    Hungry but really bloated.. Make since??

    I ended up having a bowl of my flax cereal a little bit ago. That stuff isn't to bad. I bought the Back to Nature brand. I think that made me feel a little more full.

    I just feel like I am missing something by only eating veggies and fruit. Like my body is not getting enough. But is it the other way around??

    Will it eventually feel right?

    Today I ate a ton of cashews and now my hands are all swollen. I don't think that was the right thing to do. I think I subsitute those for the chips that I use to eat.

    I really like bananas, but I will hold off on them for a few days and see what happens.

    I just feel like there is nothing that I can eat....

    I am hoping to start the shake tomorrow. Then maybe next week start the aloe and lemon.

    I have a hard time finding all these things. I don't have a health food store close to me. The one grocery store in town here has some natural stuff.. But not much. No bags of almonds..

    I know of a fresh market place but that is over an hour for me to get there. Real bummer. I could just buy everything there. I might just have to make a trip in there once in a while.

    I DID THE SHAKE TODAY!!! Yeah for me!! I wasn't that much though. I just the reg. ingredients. So tomorrow I will try to add some things to it. About an hour later I was hungry again.

    Doesn't frozen fruits and veggies have added stuff to them?? So should I just use all fresh? or some frozen fruit ok??

    I wanted to ask you.. This is really weird. I am noticing for a while now that everytime I have a bm I get really sick before. I get really hot and feel like I am going to throw up. I feel like I am going to pass out. Then after I go I am rally shakey and weak and just feel really weird, like I could pass out. Then sometimes I am just really exhusted for a while. Then other times it passes and I feel ok.

    Have you ever heard of such a thing?? Is it toxin realated? I am going to say something to my Dr. about it.

    I have the aloe. It doesn't matter what kinda does it? You had said to use it and lemon juice right.

    How much of each? Should I start that now too??

    I have a son of nine years old and the things you are describing are symptoms my son has too and he is the process of getting diagnosed. i am in contact with jane colby of tymetrust, which is an organisation which specializes in CFS/ME in kids. please go to their and you will get so much answers there and you will be able to give good information to his doctors! It is very important that you are informed well about the symptoms and schoolissues of kids with cfs, since school is the main source of relapse or worsening of cfs/me in kids!!!!!

    I bought the thick stuff of course. I didn't know I needed the juice. Where do I find the juice??

    Also I got some pita bread. Had to hunt all over the store for it. Finally I asked. It was in the freezer. But when I got home I read the ingredients and they have yeast in them. Is that ok?? Or did you just want me to try them because of the wheat thing?

    Are the Paul Newman dressing ok?? I bought a couple of those too.

    I just am lost when I go to the grocery store now. I never know what the heck to buy.

    What kind of process is you son going through to be dd?? I am taking him to the Dr. tomorrow. He is having some breathing problems.

    I have FM. I'm sure I have CFS to. I have just never been dd.

    I am starting feel some what better doing some of the things Stormyskye has recommened I do. I just need to work out the corks. It's hard enough to fix myself let alone my kids. I don't know how...

    beeing ill yourself and not having the energy to deal with your child problems! sometimes it is my son who puts me to bed..... toooo tired to get up from the bed to make the lights of.
    with the advice and help of jane colby and a whole pile of printouts, I convinced our old GP too make all the test to rule anything out what causes all the same symptoms.
    (our situation is even more complicated because we live in India) we are still in the process and it takes all time here.
    My son is homeschooling now and also there i got great advice from Jane and Tymetrust. I will put a list of other website tomorow up for you, with details of test ect. i am too tired now, it is 1 am here. by karinaxx

    As for the Paul Newman dressing.. 5g of sugar in the honey mustard( probably to much)... 1g in the vinnegrette. The do seem to have normal ingredients though. But even the Annies Naturals has 5g of sugar. What do you put on your salads??

    What do you use for the honey mustard that you put on your salad.

    Also.. I picked up some whole frozed strawberries(yum) and I took that nasty yogurt and the strawberries(right out of the freezer) and a banana and made a smoothie. It was sooo good!! That was my snack this afternoon with some nuts.

    I need to get a good blender cuz I think I will be using it quite a bit now!!LOL

    I picked up some pinapple and was going to make you salad tonight but I don't know how you do your honey mustard.

    Let me know and I will have to shop around for my aloe juice.
