Supplements to help with a v sensitive system/ chem sensitivity?

    I am already taking Grapeseed Extract which Jaminhealth has told me a lot about. I am also taking flaxseed and borage/ calcium and magnesium....wondering if there is anything else which would help...fed up with this... :( TIA Shell

    Is the cellfood all you have incorporated to see results with your allergies/ chemical sensitivity?
    Did you modify your diet or anything as well?
    Are you now able to tolerate chemicals a lot better..?

    What you were saying about the digestion needed to be healed to enable the body to absorb nutrients, have you managed to do this? Would you mind if I ask how..?

    I am trying to be good with diet and supplements but have no idea what I'm supposed to do if I am not absorbing them...

    helps me sometimes
    hard to find atime to take it where it won't absorb nutrients though
    try to take it at bedtime and it can soak up toxins

    I think Milk thistle with dandelion tincture has helped my MCS and also NAC (N Acetyl Cysteine).

    Cellfood is also good and drinking a lot of chilled bottled water after exposure to chemicals that upset your system.
