    could you please give me a sample of what your 6 meals aday

    In the am first thing I have a bowl of cereal no sugar just low fat milk and a cup of decaf coffee.Than at around 9:30 Ill have toast with fruit.

    At lunch Ill have a burger no bun and lettuce with tomato and an ice tea.Around 2 Ill have some fruit salade or a salade with low fat dressing. than at four Ill have maybe a bowl of soup with a slice of bread no butter or a pieice of chicken or fish with rice or potatoe.

    At 7 pm ill have another bowl of cereal or fruit salade.

    Remember they are all small portions.When you eat 6 small meals a day it raises your matabolisiem ( SP) .

    thank you, are you sure it's good to eat past 6:00pm?
    I'm not a big eater to begin with so small portions is no problem for me. I'll give this a try and see what happens.

    For me that is.I stay up untill 10 or 11 pm so plenty of time to diegest the small amount I eat.
