I was wondering if anyone else gets painful, swollen
forearm pain? I have it a lot. It is outer part of arm
right below elbow. Both arms usually are effected but my left arm tends to get worse than the right one.
The swelling is hard as a rock and very painful to the touch. Sometimes my uppers arms swell too, but the elbow side site is the most usual place. Does anyone else get this and know if it's just another part of FMS.
Drs. don't seem to know much about it.

I have frequent swelling and pain around my elbows as well as the whole lower arm to the wrist and hands. I have a lot of pain which so far has been called chronic tendonitis. I have had much physical therapy and learned some good stretches that help and also do contrasting water baths with my arms.(icy cold water in one sink and warm water in the other & dip arms back & forth) I have learned to do things like emptying the dishwaher in 3-4 steps so I don't stress my elbows and get the pain kicked up.It's very frustrating and does not seem to be getting any better either. I think it is one of those things we will have to learn to live with.
    Best wishes,
