    Hi
Has anyone tried a Sympathetic Nerve block? I am considering it since I have nerve pain everywhere. I have even been on Duragesic and it is not helping much. This is crazy. I am basically disabled although have not applied since I imagine I would get turned down. I don't see how I can work anymore with this stuff. I slept 12 hours last night due to exhaustion.

    Thanks

I am so sorry you are having such a bad time. I am not sure what a sympathetic nerve block is, but my husband had a nerve block injection in his spine yesterday and his pain is 95% better.

As respects to disability, I would go ahead and start the process. You can begin with temporary disability with your doctor, then apply for permanent.

I know all cases are different, but my brother applied for permanent disability last July and was approved in September. I think his doctor made good notes about his problems.

You could always consult with a attorney to help.

Do you have a good pain management doctor?
