    * A tendency to think and act spontaneously rather than on fears based
    on past experiences.

    * An unmistakable ability to enjoy each moment.

    * A loss of interest in judging other people.

    * A loss of interest in judging self.

    * A loss of interest in interpreting the actions of others.

    * A loss of interest in conflict.

    * A loss of ability to worry (this is a very serious symptom).

    * Frequent overwhelming episodes of appreciation.

    * Contented feelings of connectedness with others and nature.

    * Frequent attacks of smiling.

    * An increasing tendency to let things happen rather than make them

    * An increased susceptibility to the love extended by others as well as
    the uncontrollable urge to extend it.

    Hi Danny,
    I normally have more of these symptoms but I've been having a few bad days and need to get that inner peace back. Now I know why I don't have inner peace...LOL

    This is wonderful. If only the whole world could experience an epidemic of Inner Peace, we could use our precious resources on healing the sick, feeding the hungry, clothing and sheltering the poor, and making us all richer in spirit instead of trying to destroy one another throuhout the world.

    At least, I can try to attain Inner Peace in my life and that's always the best place to start.

    Love, Mikie
