I just wanted to share what my doc told me today. He said he has treated couple of people with tachycardia successfully by using magnesium taurate. Brand he uses is Cardiovascular research, not sure if there are other ones out there.

My husband has been getting off beta blocker and is going to start this as a going off supplement to help his body.

That's good information. Thanks for sharing, but you should remove the website from your post - the moderators don't let you post commercial websites (they've gotten on my case about this before). You can just say to google for where to find it.

Potassium might also be useful, together with the magnesium:

Would any magnesium supplements bring down heartrate or only this particular one ?

No only this particular type of magnesium as it acts on the heart.
