have you read the article in Womans World about the low blood pressure and the salt and water that is helpful for it?
that is what i am doing at present and it does help. i do like a one fourth teaspoon salt in warm water every morning and i also drink alot of water.
next week i plan to start the water cure i found o n the internet. you put sea salt in your water, make sure it is the kind that has minerals in it. like the light gray celtic sea salt you get in asheville, north carolina. you can also find that on the internet. my doctor is also working on finding out more about it.
let me know what and how you are doing. marie
