I've always had pain, but usually associated with arthritis, back problems, etc. Recently, many of my tenderpoints have gotten - well, very tender.

I've been going to a chiropractor since January and she's slowly straightening out my posture. Could that be the reason my tenderpoints hurt so much? They're used to a certain position and the chiropractor is forcing them into a different one?

Mainly it's the ones below my hips, below my butt and in the back of my neck. One of them, just below my shoulder, feels like someone is poking a knife through it when I pick up my left arm. Maybe it's time for a good massage.
