TFs v. antivirals?

    Just read somehwere that some folks may need to take TFs INDEFINITELY.

    I had assumed your body would have rebuilt its immunity and eliminated any viruses after a couple of years on the TFs.

    I don't really want to be taking these things forever.

    Does anyone have any comments/feedback?

    TF's are a lot like tiny oral vaccinations. Vaccinations do not provide immunity forever and that's why one needs to get booster shots. TF's are the same. Once one has taken them for three to six months, one can usually pulse them for a couple of days every 4 to 6 weeks. This will have to be done for life in order to keep the immune system trained to attack whatever pathogens are targeted.
