HELLO AND THANKYOU FOR THE RESPONSES I RECEIVED THEY ARE TRULY APPRECIATED. READING THE RESPONSES AND POSTS MAKE ME AT LEAST FEEL I AM NOT ALONE.
WHEN NO-ONE SEEMS TO UNDERSTAND LET ALONE BELIEVE YOU IT
MAKES THIS SICKNESS WORSE DON'T YOU THINK?
I AM FINDING HOWEVER THE ONLY WAY TO ATTAIN SOME ELEMENT OF RELIEF IS TO GIVE INTO IT, AS MY DOCTOR SUGGESTED, BUT IT
MAKES FOR A BORING EXISTENCE. HAS ANYONE EVER HAD SUCCESS
IN GETTING BACK TO A NORMAL LIFE, I HAVE BEEN IN DENIAL
ABOUT THE CONDITION, BUT HAVING SUFFERED NOW FOR SEVERAL YEARS REALISE I HAVE TO PLAN MY LIFE AROUND IT AS BEST I CAN.
SOON I AM GOING TO BE MOVING, WHICH I DREAD THE THOUGHT
OF. PACKING A SUITCASE IS OVERWHELMING, LET ALONE A HOUSEHOLD. ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE WELCOMED.

Perhaps you don't have to see it as giving in to it as much as pacing yourself and living within your energy envelope.
It's true that most of us have to plan around how we feel a lot of the time.

As for moving, do the work in small chunks. Start early so you won't be overwhelmed at the end. And be sure you have help, as much as you can get!!!

    Good Luck.
