    AIDS - THE GENOCIDE PROJECT
Was AIDS developed by Western Scientists to control the population of the third world?
Bill Pepper examines the evidence (Taken from X Factor Magazine)
AIDS - Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome - is one of the world's fastest growing killers. Following infection, the disease attacks the human immune system, leaving the sufferer vulnerable to any number of otherwise non-fatal illnesses - even the common cold can prove fatal in this weakened condition. The result is generally a debilitating and lingering death.

There are an estimated 30 million people around the world who have contracted the disease. With a death toll already set at over 8.4 million, estimates indicate this could leap to 40 million by the year 2000. Over 1000 people are dying from AIDS every day. And figures provided by the United Nations show that the geographic spread is almost entirely focused on black Africa and Southeast Asia. Combined these countries account for almost 90 percent of all known cases. In effect, AIDS fundamentally attacks the impoverished Third World.

According to some experts, AIDS first arose in the mid 1970's in Africa, when an infected green monkey bit a human. From such humble beginnings, the virus jumped between species and exploded across the globe via sexual transmission and infected blood transfusions.

However, the concentration of the virus in the world's poorest countries has led to spectacular charges. Many conspiracy theorists allege that the rich industrialized countries secretly developed and deployed AIDS as a biological weapon. This weapon, it is claimed, was intended to decimate what Dr William Campbell Douglas, a US physician and former Navy Flight Surgeon, termed the 'useless eaters' of the Third World.

Researchers point to a number of government documents which, they claim, support this charge. Chief among these is National Security Study Memorandum (NSSM) 200, written in April 1974 by the then US National Security Adviser, Dr Henry Kissinger. The document hitherto marked as classified, was quietly released in 1990 under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), and lodged in the US National Archives. It is a chilling document indicative of a cynical government which states: 'Depopulation should be the highest priority of US foreign policy towards the Third World.' This sentence formed the backbone of NSSM 200.

The memo went on to state that 'reduction of the rate of population growth in these [Third World] States is a matter of vital US national security.' Why? Simply because 'the US economy will require large and increasing amounts of minerals from abroad, especially from less developed countries.' The implication of this was that decimation of the Third World was the primary 'economic interest of the US'.

The arrogant and cynical mindster that underscored Kissinger's document was nothing new. Third World citizens had long been viewed as useless, lazy degenerates. Years earlier, in 1932, cancer experiments where undertaken by Cornelius Rhoads, the chief pathologist for the Rockerfeller Institute. The experiments involved deliberately infecting a number of Puerto Ricans with cancer.

Thirteen men died as a consequence of this research. Rhoades explained away the experiments with the comment: 'The Porto [sic] Ricans are the dirtiest, laziest, most degenerate and thievish race of men ever inhabiting this sphere....all physicians take delight in the abuse and torture of the unfortunate subjects.'

Amazingly, Rhoades not only escaped prosecution for this hideous admission, but was later placed in charge of a number of chemical warfare projects during World War II. He was also given a seat on the Atomic Energy Commission and awarded the Legion of Merit for his services.

The work and subsequent promotion of Rhoads demonstrates the extremes of 'acceptable' US experimentation on unwitting subjects. This systematic abuse of human rights carried on throughout the twentieth century, mostly in the guise of classified programmes such as the infamous MK-ULTRA project. the existence of these programs has led some to conclude that the creation of AIDS as a biological weapon could easily have been a government-backed venture.

The frightening implications of NSSM 200 are brought into focus when viewed in conjunction with a document written by the Senate Appropriations Committee. During 1970, the US Department of Defense applied to the US Senate Appropriations Committee for funding to research and develop a biological weapon that would attack the human immune system. The request was for the development of 'synthetic biological agents'. In giving testimony to the Senate committee, Dr Donald MacArthur, a US Army biological warfare expert, stated: 'Within the next five to ten years, it would probably be possible to make new infectious micro-organisms which could differ in certain important aspects from any known disease causing organisms.'

Dr MacArthur concluded that a feasibility research programme to this end 'could be completed in approximately five years at a cost of $10 million'. The request sum was granted. Could the result of this project have been the AIDS virus?

[INSET: It has been suggested that funding for these projects came from private US companies who have an interest in depopulating the Third World because it threatens US national security. One health worker has even claimed that 'it's cheaper for America to use Third World women than to use an animal in a laboratory in the West.']

A number of established medical experts are now claiming that AIDS was indeed the result of a long-term research programme, and some believe they have the evidence to prove it. Chief among these is Professor Jakob Segal, a Russian born Professor of Biology at Humboldt University in the former East Germany. He believes that AIDS was laboratory manufactured at Fort Detrick, Maryland - home of America's chemical and biological warfare programme.

In conjunction with his wife. Segal published his findings in a 1986 pamphlet entitled "AIDS: USA Home-made evil". He then set about trying to show that the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) the virus that many doctors believe develops into AIDS - is almost identical to two other viruses. These are VISNA, a deadly disease that kills sheep, but is not infectious to humans, and HTLV-1 (Human T-Cell Leukemia Virus) which, though not fatal, is highly infectious in humans.

Segal alleges that the High Security laboratory at Fort Detrick was responsible for splicing Visna and HTLV-1 together, thus creating an artificial biological weapon that was highly infectious and deadly to humans. The result, Segal maintains, was HIV, created between late 1977 and the spring of 1978.

Rejecting the view that AIDS resulted from interaction between man and monkey in Africa, Segal insisted that the Fort Detrick cocktail was tested on prison inmates who had volunteered to participate in experiments in exchange for their early release. Because symptoms did not develop within six months, the tests were deemed a failure and the convicts were released. Since a number of them were gay, Segal claimed, they traveled to New York, a recognized homosexual 'capital' and unknowingly began infecting other members of New York's gay community. From here, the first known AIDS case appeared in 1979, and the disease soon began spreading like wildfire.

Possibly the most outspoken advocate of the man-made AIDS theory is Dr Robert Strecker, MD. Like Segal, Strecker firmly believes that AIDS was manufactured in a laboratory as part of research into infectious organisms, and rejects the theory that it jumped from primates to man. He argues that the virus's spontaneous generation - it's sudden appearance in the late 1970's - contradicts our known theories on how living organisms evolve over time.

'When you look at the nature of the AIDS virus,' Strecker says, 'you will discover something very interesting. The genes of the AIDS virus don't exist in primates or man. If you took the genetic material of primates, chimpanzees, human beings and rearranged it, you cannot make AIDS.'

Strecker believes that AIDS was manufactured by US scientists over a 30 to 40 year period. The purpose of this research, he claims, was to investigate the possibility of a virus that could selectively target the human immune system. Strecker does not presume to know why such research was undertaken, The implication is that it was part of an ongoing biological warfare programme - implemented, Strecker states, at the request of the CIA - but admits that this is only speculation. He is adamant, however, that his analysis of the virus proves that it did not develop naturally.

Unsurprisingly, the future of biological weapons occupies the minds of military strategists. In a paper entitled "Twenty-First Century Germ Warfare" by USAF Lieutenant Colonel Robert P. Kadlek, the author has this warning: 'Using biological weapons under the cover of an endemic or natural disease occurrence provides an attacker the potential for plausible denial.' He then continues, 'biological warfare can include the use of bacteria, viruses, and toxins to induce illness, or death in humans, animals and plants.'

Whatever one may think or believe about AIDS, as a biological weapon, the future clearly looks very bleak. Because of the inherent 'deniability' of these weapons, bio-wars could be fought without the public ever knowing about it. The only telltale sign will be the increasing number of mass graves.

    Yes Jaci,
In certain circles this has been known for 20 years. There was an underground video a soul searching reformist who had been part of this nightmare bared it all.
Haitians were vaccinated, check that out.
And 20 years later, here we are.
"Ishmael", The story of "B" by Daniel Quinn, there have been so many people who tried to tell us without creating mass hysteria.
We would not listen, we did not know how.
    Perhaps we'll listen now.
    Or perhaps not.
They would not listen, they're not listening still.
    Perhaps they never will.

We can learn something from what has happened whether or not AIDS was deliberately introduced into peoples lives. Hopefully the struggle this country is having with controlling the AIDS epidemic will cause the powers that be to think twice about germ warfare because once unleashed there is no way to control the spread of germs and the illnesses they cause will come back upon them. The world has become too small.
