This works for me

    This is my list:
    *10-15 mg mianserin hydrochlorid (not available in the U.S., but it can be replaced by Mirtazapine, Amitriptyline or other antidepressants, if selected carefully!) (qhs = at bedtime)
    *50-100 mg vit. B6 qhs (very important to me!! I must have it!)
    *a vit. B complex qhs (all B-vitamins; also very important to me!)
    *5-10 g d-ribose qhs (when feeling tired)
    *400 mg magnesium, amino acid compound qhs (when I have a flare)
    *(during winter) adequate vit. D supply, either by U.V.-light or supplement. Rare, but sometimes necessary.
